We accept eligible returns within 14 days of the date your order is delivered.

To qualify for a return:

Customers must contact us before sending a product back. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

2. Opened or Used Products — Final Sale

For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, we do not accept returns of opened, used, or partially used Batana Oil due to a change of mind or dissatisfaction with personal results.

All sales of opened or used products are final, except where the product is defective, incorrect, or applicable law requires otherwise.
